Join us for a free one-hour NEA Community Gathering this February as we explore the interplay between rhythms, routines, and rituals—and how they can help us navigate transitions with greater ease and intention.
Transitions, whether big or small, can feel overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent individuals. But with the right supports in place, we can design patterns that honor our needs, spark our creativity, and foster a sense of stability in a dynamic world.
This gathering is an opportunity to reflect, share, and learn how to create practices that work for you—not against you. Together, we’ll discuss strategies to ease the friction of transitions and build structures that offer both freedom and grounding.
