Habits, routines, rituals, and rhythms activate the part of our brain that automates repeated actions (basal ganglia) to free up much needed cognitive resources. This is beneficial especially for neurodivergent individuals as it greatly reduces decision fatigue, enhances focus, and provides emotional grounding.

 

The exercises in this workbook are designed to help you explore and discover what can give you more agency, connection, and alignment with your natural flow. Whether you're still navigating school, immersed in work, cultivating relationships, or just figuring out who you are, these exercises will guide you in designing patterns that support your well-being and growth.

 

How to Use This Workbook

You don’t have to go in order. Flip through, do it randomly, or pick an exercise that feels right, and give it a try. Some will be light and fun; others might ask you to think more deeply.
